Opwaarderen van disposable producten:
WMC biedt de mogelijkheid om oa. gebruikte disposables tot wel 3 a 4 keer te hergebruiken. Wij laten dit doen bij de Duitse onderneming Ascamed welke gecertificeerd is voor het opwaarderen van medical devices volgens het German Medical Devices Act (MPG) en werkt volgens de aanbeveling van het Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Krankenhaushygiene (DGKH) en het Robert-Koch-Institute. Het proces van schoonmaken, testen, steriliseren is een gevalideerd, gecertificeerd en een gemonitored proces.
WMC verkoopt in dit geval geen producten maar biedt de service van het halen en weer steriel en gebruiksklaar verpakt retourneren van de gereinigde en technisch geteste producten/catheters in ongeveer 2 weken in samenwerking met de firma Ascamed. Deze methode wordt in Duitsland reeds jaren toegepast en kan het ziekenhuis vele duizenden euro’s (op jaarbasis) besparen!
Waarom zeer dure verbruiks artikelen weggooien als je ze nog op een verantwoordelijke manier nog eens gebruiken kan.
Re-use disposable products:
WMC offers you the possibility to re-use disposable products and to have them back in the clinic, cleaned, packed and sterile within about 2 weeks.
WMC does not sell these catheters but offers the service of collecting, transporting, cleaning, testing, packing and sterilizing the catheters together with the German company Ascamed Gmbh. This is a German company certified for reprocessing of medical devices according to the German Medical Devices Act (MPG), of the German Medical Devices Operator Regulation (MPBetreibV) as well as of the joint recommendation by the Commission for Hospital Hygiene and Infection Prevention at the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) and the Federal German Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) on the Hygienic Requirements for Reprocessing of Medical Devices
This method is used in Germany for many years already and can save the hospital up to many thousands of euro’s/ year.
Why throw away expensive disposables while you can re-use them !
